Empowering Future Behavior Analysts

Assent- Based BCBA Supervision

Comprehensive Supervision

For Future Behavior Analysts

Counseling Session Discussion

Case Conceptualization

Supervisees practice developing thoughtful treatment plans, selecting appropriate interventions, and making data-based clinical decisions that prioritize learner dignity, autonomy, and long-term outcomes.

Individual, 1:1 Supervision

Individual supervision provides a space for personalized mentorship and clinical support. During these sessions, supervisees receive individualized feedback on cases, data interpretation, treatment planning, and professional development. It is my goal to create a space that feels safe enough to make mistakes, ask questions, and learn together.

Ethical Discussions

Ethical decision-making is central to effective behavior analytic practice. During supervision, we engage in ongoing discussions around ethical dilemmas, professional boundaries, learner assent, and trauma-informed care.

Group Supervision

Group supervision creates a collaborative learning environment where supervisees can learn from one another while discussing clinical cases, research, and practical applications of behavior analytic principles. It fosters professional communication and collaborative thinking skills.

Kiera Clinton

I created NextGen Behavior Collective because I believe future behavior analysts deserve supervision that prioritizes thoughtful clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and compassionate care. My work centers on natural environment teaching, learner assent, and trauma-informed approaches that respect the dignity and autonomy of the individuals we serve. Through supervision, my goal is to support trainees in becoming confident, reflective clinicians who practice behavior analysis with both skill and integrity.

Benefits of My Supervision

Assent-Based and Trauma-Informed Practice

Supervisees learn how to implement behavior analytic interventions in ways that respect learner autonomy, emotional safety, and compassionate care.

Individualized Mentorship

Supervision is tailored to each trainee’s learning style, experience level, and professional goals to support meaningful growth and confidence.
